Shipping policy

UK Shipping is free for individual samples*. 

International sample shipping is £3. 

Samples are sent via 2nd Class Royal Mail in hard backed envelopes.

UK package shipping is £5.50. International shipping is £6. Packages are sent in A4-sized cardboard boxes.

Larger items, such as table plans, are sent directly to you from the printers. They are wrapped in bubble wrap inside a cardboard box.

These items are shipped via DPD, and they will need to be signed for. As soon as these items have been dispatched, I will confirm a date and time that will suit you to receive it.

Otherwise, you can let me know where you would like it to be left, or if you would like it to be delivered to a neighbour. (Please note that if you choose to not sign for your delivery yourself, you are doing so at your own risk. I cannot take responsibility for any potential loss/damage to your parcels as a result of this decision being made.)

All other orders are sent securely via Royal Mail. If you'd rather ship via another provider please just let me know. Please note that requesting this may result in you being asked to pay a higher shipping rate.

*Maximum of 15 samples in 1 transaction to qualify for free shipping. An order of 16+ invitations requires package shipping fees to be applied, both with regards to UK and international shipping. If several orders of the maximum free shipping quantity are placed, it is within my rights to determine that a package shipping fee should apply to this order.
