FAQs


What size are the invitations/RSVPs, etc?

Most invitations are 5x7", and some are 'DL' size, which is 99mm x 210mm.

All RSVPs are printed at A7, as are most Save the Dates. Some Save the Dates are DL sized.

Sizes are listed on each individual product page, but if you have any Qs about anything at all please just let me know!

All Welcome Signs are available in A1 or A2, and all Table Plans and Order of the Day signs are designed at A1.

If you'd like your invitations/RSVPs to be printed at a different size, please feel free to get in touch and I'll do all I can to help you out.

How much is UK/international shipping?

If you're ordering samples i.e. individual prints, then UK shipping is free.

For larger orders, UK parcel shipping is £5.50.

International shipping is dependant on the size and weight of your order.

Are envelopes included?

Yes! Standard white envelopes are included with each Save the Date, Invitation and RSVP at no extra cost.

There is an option to upgrade your envelopes to be textured, at a cost of 20-25p extra depending on the size of envelopes.

If you would like to discuss ordering different envelopes with your invitations or RSVPs, please just pop me a message via the Contact page.

Do you do bespoke designs?

Absolutely! If you're looking to design something different to anything you've seen on the website, then please let me know and I'd be more than happy to chat this through with you.

Please note that each request will be priced out individually, based on the amount of time and work that is involved, and how many you're looking to order.

When you're sending through your request, please provide me with as much information as possible (including the quantities of each item you're looking to order) so that I can get an accurate quotation over to you as soon as I'm able to.

You can send me through your request by using the form on the Contact page or you can email me directly.

I usually try to get back to all enquiries within 48 hours - if you've not heard from me after this time, please feel free to pop me an email. It could be that your form hasn't pulled through to me properly, or I've taken a couple of days off.

Please note that under no circumstances will I knowingly copy another designer's work. If you've found a design that you love, please support that supplier and order through them.

I've received my sample and want to go ahead with a full order - what do I do now?

You can place your full order online in the same way you ordered your sample - just change your quantity.

If you want to book your designs in to be printed at a later date, let me know before you place your full order and we can book them in together.

How can I contact you?

You can fill in the form on the Contact page, send me an email, or follow me on Facebook or Instagram.

Do I need to know all my information (i.e. venue, timings, etc.) when I order?

Absolutely not! If you know you love a design and you'd like to get your order placed, that's absolutely fine.

As soon as you have all your information confirmed, you can pop it over to me and we'll get your designs personalised and ready for printing.

In most cases, it is much easier for me to know in advance what you are ordering, just so I can be sure of your timescales, etc.

If you could pop me a message in the 'Notes for Clare' section in your shopping cart just to let me know what your plans are RE: confirming your details, that would be great.

I'll always get in touch with you within a few days of you placing your order, so we can confirm your plans then.

When should I order my wedding stationery?

Essentially, it is never too early to order.

After you've ordered, I'll be in touch to find out when you'd ideally like everything printed and sent to you, and from there we can work out some timescales.

Please bear in mind that I usually like to allow at least 3 weeks from ordering to delivery, just to give us time to sign off artwork, make changes and allow for QCing and delivery.

If you need your stationery sooner than this, it shouldn't be a problem but there may be a charge to prioritise your order, and to upgrade your shipping.

What are your personalised poems?

So as well as designing wedding stationery, I also write poems.

There are lots of pre-written poems in the 'Poems' section of the website, but if you'd like I can also write you an entirely bespoke, personalised poem.

My personalised poems have been read out during wedding ceremonies, as well as forming parts of some speeches on the day.

I've also written some that people have gifted as birthday and anniversary gifts, and as thank you gifts to people like Bridesmaids, parents of the Bride(s)/Groom(s), etc.

Essentially, using information you send over to me I can write a personalised poem that you can gift to whoever you like.
